Is it true Slugs really will melt when salted? I mean, do you kind of melt like the wicked witch in "Wizard of Oz" ... "I'm meeeeeeeeeelllllllllttttttttttiiiiiinnnnnnnnggggggg" ?
Or do you vaporize, "POOF, Slug no more"?
Really what is it with Slugs and Salt anyway?
~Curious in Vancouver.
Dear horrible, terrible, hideous person,
How dare you come tromping into my blog without so much as a "hello, slugs are pretty cool, aren't they?" and start asking me how you can murder my family! Really, some people have no manners at all.
In answer to your question, I have logged your IP address and will be sending a barrel of the finest acid in Vancouver (perhaps carbolic, as my nod to Dame Borden) to be dumped upon you at your next meal. I hope that will sufficiently answer your question.
slughugs,
~A nameless slug in the Pacific Northwest.
P.S.: Thanks for not calling me "Blug."

Oh MY, poor, POOOR Slug! What an insensitive question to ask you!
Thankfully you can keep your head about you and respond in a graceful manner like the true gentleslug you obviously are!
I think slugs are the sweetest!
